Garlic Butter Pasta with Chicken or Shrimp
You will need: 1 package of Eberts & Co. Garlic Butter dip, 1 cup of light olive oil, 2 pounds of dry pasta that has been cooked (makes 3 pounds cooked), and 2 pounds of cooked chicken or shrimp.
Feeds: 8-12 people (cut the recipe in half to feed 4-6 people)
Step 1: Make garlic butter as directed on package; Mix entire package with 2 tablespoons of water. Let sit 5 minutes. Add 1 cup of light olive oil or grape seed oil.
Step 2: Pour garlic butter mixture over cooked pasta and toss until evenly coated. Add chicken or shrimp if desired. Optional: Sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan cheese!
Step 3: Serve and enjoy!
Tip: Next time try it on red skin potatoes in place of pasta! 🙂

You will need: 1 package of Eberts & Co. Cheezy Taco mix OR Chili Con Queso mix, 1 pound of ground beef or chicken, tortillas, sour cream, cheese, and whatever veggies you like; lettuce, tomatoes, peppers, onions.
Step 1: Cook beef or chicken. Drain.
Step 2: Add 1/4 cup of water and one package of dip mix to the cooked meat.
Step 3: Cook on medium heat for 5-10 minutes, stirring frequently, until all liquid has been absorbed.
Step 4: Assemble tacos/fajitas and enjoy!
Chili Con Queso Fajitas in a crock pot
Cook 2 pounds of chicken breasts, 8oz of cream cheese, and a package of Chili Con Queso dip mix in a crock pot on high for 2-3 hours until the chicken shreds up. Serve on warm tortillas with your choice of toppings.
